Yearning for but one thing:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
War.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Clang, clash<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Blood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Spray, splash<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Death.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
End, ash<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A cruel world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A horrid place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Havoc unfurled.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
No room for grace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gone is kindness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gone is love.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gone is selflessness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gone is the dove. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
As the years grow long, <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Authority crumbles. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
As time stretches out,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All sides are humbled. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Anarchy rises, <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Each man on his own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The devil embodied,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In every man\u2019s bone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And then a horn sounded. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The screaming went silent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Weary minds focused.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The stubborn went pliant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All ears perked up,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And all eyes went wide.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
All fists unclenched,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And all tears went dry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A heavenly light filled the world, flooding past.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
A magnificent figure atop a glorious ass. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gone is spitefulness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gone is distaste.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gone is selfishness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Gone is the mace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Now humanity yearns for something else:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
